Frequently Asked Questions

You shall know the truth and it shall set you free

Why did you create this Website?

l returned from Vietnam in 1970 to a crowd of jeering, spitting protesters at the airport. In 2025, Now a 100% disabled veteran, I signed a 1 year contract at Keystone Heights RV Resort. I was treated better at the airport in 1970.

Why would an RV Resort be so unfriendly?

Keystone Heights RV Resort is owned by Frontline Insurance, a company that has had hundreds of lawsuits alleging 'BAD FAITH' dealings with customers. Camping and insurance are very different business's and Frontline has not yet grasped that fact.

Within the Resort there is no leadership---NONE

The Office Manager tells the Park Manager-Joe what to do. You can do whatever you want depending on who you know. Vinnie (yet another manager) claims to own the park, but is listed as manager in corporate filings. Vinnie's mother in law sits in the office always eager to here what employees say. Every employee must sign an NDA. Some residents have more power than management. Pure Chaos, Entropy on steroids!

What do you hope to accomplish?

As a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran, I would like to protect other veterans and vulnerable people. No-one who is helpless should get trapped in this hell. In the course of 350 days, I have had an employee steal from me, another employee refuse to move his truck (It was in my driveway), I have suffered death threats, harassment by management, Employees, endured blairing music, and drunken fights. Enough!
