Does anyone know who's in charge?

Management Happens

Imagine a world in which, managers had no directions from owners. Imagine an RV resort that was so secretive about the owner that merely asking who owned the place was forbidden. An owner that had a clownish person (Cowboy hat and cowboy boots) strutting around and proclaiming, "Yep, I own this place". This man is listed on the 2026 Florida Limited Liability Company Annual Report as Vincent Esson, Manager. The real owner is Leman Porter, owner of Frontline Insurance. After the last 2 major hurricanes, Frontline made the decision to not pay or to low ball numerous claims for damages. Hundreds of lawsuits followed. O.K., so now we know all the reasons for secrecy. I would not buy insurance at a RV campgound and I would never stay at a campground owned by a questionable Insurance company.

My vote for worst manager

Dale Lavarnway and wife Helen would be my choice. Dale has spoken so rudely to my wife, that she wanted to file a police report. I knew that confronting Lavarnway would have us thr0wn out of the park. I would tell my wife that Dale would work on his people skills, but he does not have any.
Helen Lavarnway would be very cordial to park employees. However, should a park employee quit, she would not even speak or acknowledge the persons greeting. Helen drank at 'Vinnie's Place', an unlicensed bar at the campground. Staff at 'Vinnies Place' were told that Helen's drinks were always to go on Vinnie's bar tab. When Helen's husband was hospitalized, Dale's department needed a new worker. Rather than have Dale's assistant department head interview candidates, Helen announced that she and she alone would interview the candidates.
DOES THAT TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF PLACE THIS IS?
